Moodlift Refund Policy

We, Curomates Enterprise Private Limited ("Curomates"), operate the mobile application "Moodlift." Throughout this document, "we," "us," “website” and "our" refer to Curomates and its platform Moodlift, while "you" and "users" refer to individuals accessing our services. This document sets forth the Refund Polcy governing your use of Moodlift’s services.

 

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to Moodlift are processed and whether they qualify for refunds. By using Moodlift’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments and refunds, as well as the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. No Refunds on Membership Services & Wallet Recharges

  • All payments made towards Moodlift Membership Services and Wallet Recharges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once a user has subscribed to a membership or recharged their wallet, the payment is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

2. Listener Availability & Service Expectations

  • Moodlift operates as a platform connecting users with listeners, but we do not guarantee that a specific listener will be available or willing to respond to any chat, audio, or video call request.

  • Users acknowledge that listeners engage with members at their own discretion and are not obligated to accept requests.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on listener availability or lack of response.

3. Payment Responsibilities

  • Users agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with their Moodlift membership and services.

  • Any failure to pay for a service may result in restricted access to the platform.

4. International Transactions & Currency Fees

  • Users making payments from outside India acknowledge that additional charges such as currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, and applicable taxes may apply.

  • These fees are determined by payment processors and financial institutions, and Moodlift does not provide refunds for any such charges.

5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where a transaction error has occurred due to a technical fault from Moodlift’s side, such as duplicate charges or system malfunctions.

  • Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting support@moodliftapp.com with full payment details.

  • Moodlift reserves the right to investigate the claim and make the final determination on refund eligibility.

6. Policy Modifications

Moodlift reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
